Parapet on a ramp

hello

i have a ramp that i want to add a parapet along the green lines, that is 1m above the ramp surface.

I have tried:

1- slab edge: cannot select the edges i want, i can pick the other two though

2- model in place: the sweep would do the trick, but need to find another way

3- Wall edit profile: cannot edit the wall profile (maybe because its curved)

is there any other way??

There are many ways to model them.  An easy one is to create two railings with a solid rail profile, or two other ramps, narrow and 1 meter tall.  If they must be walls, you can model in place as swept blends, or walls by mass faces.

Below is the easy way out using railing.

You can model a wall cut a section along the wall and change the profile of the wall to follow the ramp slope.
