Parametric Pergola - Problem with Array - Please Help

Hi, I'm trying to make a parametric pergola. I'm almost there... I can change length, height and width. But, I'm trying to create a parameter to define the thickness and height of the pergulas/rafter, and is not working properly. I can define the pergulas dimensions (thickness and height) individually, but when i try to create a parameter to change all together (by array group) is not working (error: constraints not satisfied). I created the array and defined a label for the spacement between the pergulas/lines. But when i tried to change the dimensions of the cross section, gives me the error. I tried different ways, and i really cant do it. I'm new in revit... So if someone can help me... i would really appreciate it. I'm sending my file... so you can understand better what i'm trying to explain. Basicly, i want to define lenght, height and width of my pergola/gazebo... and i want to change the thickness and height of the lines/pergulas/beams... cause when the span is too big, i need thicker and higher beams.

You must load a beam family with height and width parameters per instance within the family, make the array, insert the parameter in the dimension, then create the beam height and width parameters and associate them with the beam instance parameters.

Thanks, I tried... but when i choose a beam and load... does literally nothing. Can i load a family into another family? Cause my template is of a family. I'm trying to make a family of parametric pergolas.

Muito Obrigado, de verdade!! Vc foi muito legal em fazer o vídeo... vou ter q assistir umas 10 vezes em camera lenta pra entender kkkk... mas com certeza foi o jeito mais efetivo. Se eu quiser abrir essa familia do pergolado parametrizado em um projeto novo e adicionar portas, janelas, coberturas eu consigo? Ou é melhor fazer o pergolado parametrizado sem ser em familia ?
