Overlayed views printing differently

I have another frustrating problem! One of those that always happen when you have a deadline to meet so if anyone can help I shall be overjoyed.
Situation is that in two different project sheets I have a number of layered views including a dwg map import, some areas, etc culminating in a drafting view which is simply an Opaque region with a table of lines and writing on top of the region. On each of my sheets I have placed one of these drafting views of which the second was simply a duplicate of the first then edited to match the text and lines required. When printed though one of these appears as required with a white opaque background whilst the other is transparent. See images below
This shows the drafting view as it appears in the sheet opened in Revit
This is how it appears when printed!
Whilst my other drafting view appears as follows:
in Revit sheet view and...
as required when printed.
Where am I going wrong? Anyone help please......
