OVERLAPPING WALLS

Hello everyone

When I draw wall element (in group edit) next to another wall element, I can't draw the desired length. 

The pink layer is the desired length. I tried dragging the wall line or using align tool but it didn't work. 

Also, why there is no consistency between the blue line and the actual wall?

How can I fix this?

Try to disallow Join...this should allow you to align ends to the desired Length without auto-joining with intersecting walls

   

(You can use later join Geometry for a tidier look)
