Origin Level Offset model groups

I'm gonna try to explain my situation the best I can! 🙂

When I'm in the FG plan 1 view I want to be abel to just click out my model group and it attaches to the level with an offset of 0, but no matter where my insert point is, the offset always changes so that I have to manually change the offset value. How can I make the Origin Offset Level to be 0 by default? Any ides?

Not sure I understand, but Walls are Level Based - and so are Model Groups.  Check the Model Group Properties.

I would like the origin of model group to be placed  at FG Plan 1 level without having to change it in the properties.

Insertion Points don't move on their own. If yours do, then post your file so we can see what the heck is going on.

What is the Level of the wall's Base Constraint?  It isn't FG level, is it?

It definetly feels like the walls base constraints have something to do with it.. If I place the group in the floor plan below FG Plan 1 it aligns correctly and the walls constrainst to the level it should.. I'm guessing there is no way to work around this no matter how much I'm moving the group origin.

Anyways I think we can live with it ^^ Thank you for your help!
