opening a recovered file

I recovered a Revit file which was accidentally deleted by me,so i restored it using Recuva but  it says failed to open document. Please help me recover the file. It is really important.

I can't open it either. Do you have backups of the original file (appended with a 000 extension)?

You will probably need to open a case with Autodesk, they can recover most corrupted files.

Check for user file location, Seems that file was central and local files are created usually in Documents folder.. you might be able to use local file and save it as new central...
