When you have your stairs, go to edit - check both your stringers are set to closed as so in the image. Stringer on.png

Sorry, i didn't explain. I need stringer below stairs should be closed without a gap at mid landing. I don't want stringer above my tread.

Thanks

You should be able to adjust the tread depth, you can still see the option in the last image

I see the problem, both landings don't give me a carriage so the carriage of the stairs don't continue,. Is there anyway to have it by landing as well?

I'm not 100% sure, if you go to the stairs, hit edit and select the landing. If you then go on to the landing you can edit that and tick 'same as run' or not

Use tab key to select a carriage (any carriage). Click Edit Type in Properties and make sure Structural Depth On Landing is not 0.

Did you actually add Support to the missing segments at the landing?  And check Structural Depth on Landing as suggested.
