How can I make Revit revision clouds look like AutoCAD's?

I have searched a few threads, but have not found an answer.  As I am sure you know, Revit clouds produce a double arc where as in AutoCAD it is a single arc.  We completed a CD set in both programs, so would like to maintain the same graphic standard as we are picking up city and client comments.

Any advise/work around ideas are much appreciated!

Turn off the revision clouds and use drafting lines? Or change AutoCAD clouds to look like Revit's.

Yea, I was hoping there might be a third option that I overlooked!
