Open garret "command"

Hello, someone can help me with "open garret" command. 

 

I tryed to use it but with weird result. 

At first , afest select the garret say me" impossibile maintene walls and objective units", so click on unjoin elemets (screenshot2), but say me "height wall is lower than the base (scrennshot 3).

it works for me in your file.

after clicking the wall edges you should trim them to form correct rectangle.

check attached screencast.
