Hi Autodesk Forums,

I am currently experiencing an issue that I'm hoping some of you have had and have resolved.

I've received an external model as a Navisworks file (.nwc-format). When loading this into Revit 2025.4 as a coordination model, the graphics are all wrong. I have contacted the supplier of the model, and they say they havent changed any export settings from a previous model upload, which was working.

The external model itself is working properly within Navisworks and when uploaded to a CDE Model viewer, which leads me to believe its a Revit import issue.

The linked Navisworks model displays as follows in Revit(within the red, marked area):

Have any of you encountered this graphical "error" before?

Can you test this in 2026.3?

Unless you can share the files with us here, I think you should open a support case with Autodesk.

I'll give Revit 2026 a shot. Thanks for the suggestion!

One of the things I've read is that if the origin is too far away it will cause that graphical issue when you bring it into Revit.  We have been having this issue with a large project. It's very frustrating.

has your company updated Revit 2025 since it was last working? i know the 2025.4.5 has introduced some issues (search for font being italicized).
