I have Windows 7 and installed Nvidia Quadro P4000 Graphics card for some other software, which still continues to work for Revit 18. When I go to install Revit 2019 come to find out this card is not in the Certified Graphics Hardware list. I believe this is the cause of the install failing? Can any one help me understand what else could be the issue, or why Autodesk continues to which up and not support higher end cards?
Certified Graphics Hardware list
The only time the install would fail is if the OS was incorrect...video card shouldn't be an issue.
Go into your temp folder and grab the install log file and post it here so we can take a look see what may be the issue.
Also, how did you install it? If you used the Download Now feature, try to save it to your drive by web browser instead. Perhaps it started to run before all the files were fully downloaded?
I tried to save and run it and get an Error "Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet." I have attached the log. Is that the log file you were meaning? Thanks for the help.
Is it closing on its own or are you shutting down the install because it is taking too long? The install does not come with all the materials and family libraries...it downloads all that during the installation. So depending on your internet connection it may take a while. Installations at my office usually take 40 minutes....small office, basic internet.
Internet is not the issue here at healthcare. It fails on its own, and it does take awhile to install ~30 mins.

this tells you what the issue is
you need to download all the parts
read the file name & it tells you how many parts there are
