Numbers in generic annotation starting with 0

Hi, I have a generic annotation with places to fill numbers. 

I need fill numbers that start with 0, but it just removes the 0.

How can I solve it?

If every annotation starts with zero you could look into a prefix.

Otherwise you can consider to have it as text/string in order for the beginning 0 to show up.
