Not sure why this keeps popping up eveytime I open Revit?

I noticed when I open up Revit, this window pops up and then my Browser and Properties bars disappear.  When I delete the file from quick access they come back but only if I keep Revit open.  I do my regular shutdown every night and this happens every time I open Revit.  Not sure what to do.  Thanks!GUID Window.png

uninstall add-ins and then repair the program and see if helps. thanks
