Not able to see the extent of a particular view

So, when I click on the top arrow shown in the screenshot. I am supposed to get two lines (or bars), which would help me determine the extents of the view in elevation 3d. However, I am able to get such one line or bar. the other dotted bar doesn't appear.

Hi, this is because you have the far clipping with no clip, change to clip with or without line
