At some point in my project I may have deleted my North Elevation view. I'm not sure how or when this happened but I need to get it back. How can I get my North Elevation back. I have South, West, and East elevations already.

You can:

Restore a backup--and with both files open in a single session of Revit, copy/paste the view into your current project.

Or, if you had a lot of notes/dimensions/annotations in the North elevation--copy them to clipboard from the backup file, the re-create the North Elevation View, and past the annotations back in. Some may have lost their hosts and might not be able to be pasted, but most should work.

Do you have a lot of annotation in that view?  If not, just create a new one and assign the view template used for other elevations.

How is your Project Browser organized? By Phases? The view might be hiding under another Phase.  I do this sometimes.
