You might need to pull the wall end forward a bit to get it to automatically join.

they definitely look like a basic wall family ... not a column component

If that's a column, make the column an architectural column and it should join with the wall.Column join.JPG

You should choose Exterior in option "Wrapping at Inserts" in wall properties and then rejoin them.Screenshot_1.png

thank you for your answer. The column is a structural column that was made in revit,  with "model in place" method. also I sent some images and the revit file in other replies.

Interesting. I don't have an issue joining an in-Place Structural Column with Wall.

Not sure why you wouldn't be able to join those. But if nothing else, you could model an in-place void cut...

Didn't know you posted the Revit file.  Simply stretch the wall a bit longer into the column and you can join them.

Maybe your question is in regards to the lineweight at intersection when joining? If you use an in place-void to cut the wall with the curvature of the column the column will retain it's lineweight (attached example). It would probably not be build like that though, so better to use a different approach probably (as it would be built)... You can also use modify-->view-->linework(LW) to adjust lineweights in view. (&extent&join as mentioned)
