Non-Numbered Revisions in Revision Schedule

I have a user who has several revisions. Some are numbered, some have "none" set for "Numbering". He would like to have both show up in the schedule. However, when one of the revision's "Numbering" values is set to "None", only the revisions with the "Numbering" value set to "Numeric" show up in the schedule. Any ideas on how to get them BOTH to show up?

Thanks,

Scott

Sort the schedule by Revision Sequence.

But would sorting it by "sequence" cause the revisions with "None" set for "Numbering" to suddenly show up?

Yes.  Isn't it what you want?

Yes, but it didn’t immediately occur to me that “sorting” would “unhide” anything. But I will definitely give it a try.

What if the schedule is a "Sheet" schedule, as opposed to a "Revision" schedule in a title block? Same deal? Sort by sequence?

A sheet list only shows one entry - the Current Revision of each sheet, doesn't matter if the Revision is number, letter, or none.
