No line in View Title edit sheet

I'm trying to edit a view port title but when I go to edit, the lines don't show up and I don't know where to toggle it's visibility. When I go to put the view port to sheet, the lines show up but there are multiple. I want to remove and edit them but they don't show up.

in the family >> go to visibility graphics >> annotation tab and check if the category is switched off (should normally be "View Titles" unless there are any other categories were added for those lines)
