No hollow clay blocks?

Started to create a new wall type, is there not a single hollow block material for walls? Not CMU, those are concrete, clay ones, like these:

Also, hollow block slabs? None of those either? Like these:

Whole Europe uses these, is there really not a single one included with Revit? Or am I looking in the wrong place (Autodesk library and AEC library)?

Seen a few methods used, but I guess I prefer to combine a normal wall/floor with void cut family for those... You could also model something like this as curtain wall panel i.e. But it's only if you really want/need this kind of detail ofcourse, usually I don't think people bother to model this sort of thing most of the time...

So, just to confirm, nothing like that exists in Revit by default?

It's a bit frustrating learning Revit, seems like you have to learn it "backwards". Basically nothing looks, or is anotated, the way it's done in my country, and to do any of that you have to know a bunch of advanced stuff, and you know nothing because you're just a beginner. Hollow slab floor, like the ones that is used everywhere by anyone? Nope, doesn't exist. Model it and create a family... Sigh...

What are you trying to do?  What are you looking for?

What I showed you above is a valid approach.  It wasn't offered to you to make you laugh. It was offered to illustrate what you need to do.

...too much?

@barthbradleyI know, but that solution creates just a simple layer that you can name any way you want, and can't be used in material takeoff properly. Right? I was hoping there is something that automatically creates those walls and slabs, and have them look properly in sections, like brick walls for example.
I'm going for something that looks like this when printed. And has two "properties" for material takeoff. Concrete in cubic meters, blocks in square meters (it's standard to calculate them as square meters in my country "hollow block floors - XYm2").

It's OK, don't feel obligated to try to explain it to me because it'll just go over my head at this stage :grinsendes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen: I'll just have to keep learning to get to level of knowledge to create something like that on my own, and then come and ask for help again if I get stuck. Which I probably will :grinsendes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen:

Btw. just found out that Revit can't do batting line for insulation automatically :grinsendes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen:

Ofcourse if you don't have certain families you would have to either model, download or buy them...

Like I said if you really want to model this kind of detail you could do it using curtain wall panels. For a beginner I would suggest doing it like Bradley says though as this is usually the gist of it anyway...

If it's 2d drawings you could also use detail item(s) and refine it in the drawing...

Treat it as a wall system instead of individual bricks.
