No Families to Load

I'm not 100% sure what the problem is. I did a fresh install of Revit 2015 and I just noticed I have nothing to load.

For example:

Trying to load a door >  I go to door > load family > Doors > Only Single-Glass 3 shows up

Trying to load some furniture > go to component > load family > furniture > Only a storage file shows up and inside of it is Entertainment Center... that's all there is.

I have tried to update/install from the Revit Content Libraries from:

I even tried the bottom bit of this and everything was already good:

Hello, switch off your all your anti virus program and firewall, if you have McAfee anti virus try to uninstall first and reinstall later. Try again to repair or install again your Revit software and see if helps. Thanks

It finished updating a lot faster, but theres still nothing in the folders...

are you using correct template?

I made sure to check the templates, as one of the urls i linked earlier told me to check. They all seem to be correct.

I did this multiple times, as mentioned in previous replies. I have doors and windows to use, as well as some components. But I do not have any families to load.

Before you install, try to delete files at  c: temp folder those cannot delete just skip. and refer to this LINK. thanks

I did turn off all antivirus and firewalls, it finished faster but that was all it did. I'll try deleting the temp files and if that doesn't work tomorrow I will reinstall. 

I won't lose any projects or items in that project will I?

I meant, where do the master files go? Like it says I need to check to see if they're in <INSTALLATION_MEDIA>\Content\Revit folder. But I have no idea where that actually is.

@Swiffi hello, it will automatically goes to your revit program, after extraction is done, reboot your machine and open your Revit program and see if you can load your library. thanks

It downloads the zip to my downloads folder, then I can extract it, but I dont know where to extract it to. If i extract it to the downloads folder, it creates a folder called Revit_2015_MasterXML in the downloads folder. It does not extract to where it needs to go. So i dont know where I should move them to.
