New user login for initial session

I am having an issue with a new user we have set up on the network and for Revit. Under his log in we cannot get past the initial log in screen in Revit. the screen is not the typical format for display and will not go past entering the email address, cannot get to password. as a result they cannot get into Revit or other Autodesk programs. this issue is on multiple computers.
