New user login for initial session

I am having an issue with a new user we have set up on the network and for Revit. Under his log in we cannot get past the initial log in screen in Revit. the screen is not the typical format for display and will not go past entering the email address, cannot get to password. as a result they cannot get into Revit or other Autodesk programs. this issue is on multiple computers.

In what case do you need to logon with username and password to use Revit? This is usually not required, unless you are working on models on a cloud, but you didn't mention that.

Does not address the issue, for the first time a new users opens Revit or autocad it request a user name and password for A360. for some reason the new user name displays a corrupt splash/log in screen. We cannot get past this screen for this user. other user on this same computer are able to get past this screen that is formatted correctly.

But are your users going to work in A360 or not? If not, you should be able to ignore that. But if you can't because of some corruption, I think you should contact Autodesk support directly. This is just the forums, regular users, not Autodesk.
