New Structural Plan view does not show many objects

I am trying to create a new structural framing plan view. I am pressing View>Plan Views>Structural Plan and then choosing the level for the plan view. I am well aware that the structural plan view type is being created with the Structural Framing Plan view template (from the default template) applied to it. The discipline is also set to structural.

When I create this view the only thing that appears is a few wall section markers. Nothing else.

I'm aware that the structural view template has many things turned off, however, none of the elements that are supposed to be visible, i.e. floors, walls, are showing up. The default view range for a structural plan is applied as well, so it's not a view range issue. The phasing is all new construction so it's not a phasing issue. I've tried changing the discipline to Architecture or Coordination and only a few more section markers and elevation markers turn on when I do that.

Even when I turn on the level below as an underlay, the entire underlay doesn't show up.

If I reveal hidden elements, none of the walls or floors are included among the hidden elements.

If I place structural elements like beams or joists, they show up, but without the walls or the floors showing up I can't place anything in context to the other building elements. Several of the walls and floors that are not showing are also designated as structural in their instance properties.

I'm at a complete loss as to what is happening. I'm an experienced Revit user and I've never had anything like this happen before. What am I missing?

Check phasing of the view.

Also, architectural walls don't show in structural discipline views.   Try Coordination discipline.

Do you have particular filter that cause the wall to turn off? Also have you check and see if the workset is turned off.

Yes, as I stated many of the elements that are not showing are designated as structural, and also I have tried coordination and architectural disciplines and that has no effect.

Share the file here to avoid guessing.

That was it! I was not aware that the default Structural Framing Plan view template had any filters associated with it.

Thanks! I totally missed that one.
