New Revit 2023 install - where are my default tags?

I would like to tag a mass in a new model, but when I go to load default tags (Tag by Category --> No Tags Loaded, Do you want to load one now? --> Yes), only "Route Analysis" and "Structural Precast" files appear.  How can I find the other default tags?

You're in the wrong folder. Back up and go into the English-Metric Folder.

Actually I see that you're in English-Metric.  That's different from my file structure. Can you back up and see what other avenues you have? I still think you are simply in the wrong folder. I do the same sometimes and see exactly what you are showing in your screenshot.
