Hi @fc.castro113 no, unfortunately they all are system families, and it is not possible to add a loadable family for mullions yet. Only thing you can do is to create a new "Profile" family and create a new type then assign that new profile to that new mullion type as per @barthbradley suggestion.

Hope this helps!

Your question was is there "a way to create a new mullion family".  The answer is "YES".  Not "No".  Read the information at the Links I provided.  It will explain the process. Now, if you want to "load" the New Type you create into other Projects, use Transfer Project Standards. You can even add any new Type you create to a Project Template (RTE).

... "Rectangular Mullion", "Quad Corner Mullion", "Trapezoid Mullion", "V Corner Mullion", and "L Corner Mullion" are akin to RFTs (Templates).

Not family, but new types using new profile families if you need custom profiles.

Ha! I guess I'm overruled. The consensus answer to your question is "NO".  Fine.  I take back everything a said and join the crowd. You cannot create a new mullion FAMILY.  We done here?

...I am curious to know what a "New Mullion Family" would do for you.  Why do you ask?  Where are you going with it?   Serious question.

Well, im doing a curtain wall but the name of the border mullions doesnt fit exactly with the names of the family system, i wanted it to be "T Mullion", but i guess it can be a part of rectangular mullion. Thanks for ur answer

You mean a "T" as in a vertical Rectangular Mullion meeting a horizontal Rectangular Mullion?

In Revit, T-profile Mullions are Rectangular Mullions with 2 flanges, or Rectangular Mullions with a rib.
