I'm importing a 3D object from CAD into a new family file and it's coming in really far away from the origin point (?). If I go to 3D view and hit ZA, it shows up. How do I move it back to the origin point? (Forgive me if my terminology is incorrect - by origin point I mean the crossing reference lines that are there when you start a new family.)
One easy way to do it is to open the CAD file and move the geometry to the 0,0 origin. Then import it again, now you will be able to see it and place it easily.
