Nested Windows Sill/Head Height

I'm trying to schedule a window that consists of 3 nested window families. Everything works except the sill and head height of the nested windows are wrong. It seems the sill is always at 0'-0". Is there any way to fix this? I realize I could create a shared parameter for this but that would mean changing all window schedules/tags/placement/etc. to use that parameter instead of the built-in sill/head. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the nested families Shared?

They are indeed shared as that's the only way to get them to show up in the schedule. They just aren't reporting the correct sill or head height. Which is terrible because we don't tag/spec factory mulled window assemblies as separate windows but having the size/operation/etc is helpful for pricing and ordering. If they scheduled correctly I could also just use one family to quickly sketch out window/glazing schemes by just changing a few parameters but that's pointless if the sill and head heights are incorrect. (I attached a project file in the original post)

define user parameter or formulier parameter and set all of them same and you can show your parameter in schedule.
