Nested Generic Model - Workplane-Based Rotation

I have a nested workplane-based generic model.  It is nested into the host model.  The host model has a reference line.  I'm able to set the nested model on the reference line's workplane.  It moves around with the reference line, but will not ROTATE with the reference line.  How do I get the nested model to rotate with the reference line?

I don;t know how you created that reference line but i had to create a new one to host the nested family and it works.Capture.PNGCapture1.PNG
