Negative Wall Base Extension and Cleanups

Does anyone else have an issue with corner cleanups when using a negative (-0' 3" for example) wall base extension?  This is consistent across multiple projects.

With negative base extension:

With 0" or positive base extension:

Mitered corner cleanup override corrects the problem.  Not sure if this is a feature or not.

As a followup, this is a known issue that Autodesk is working to resolve.
