Need help with complex brise-soleil

Hey everyone!

Been having a hard time with curtain systems trying to create a brise soleil.
I've created an in place mass with the shape I want, and made the curtain system based on it.

However I am completely unable to change the default curtain panel, revit just returns that it isn't possible to change it to anything other than the default glazed material.

I wanted to make something akin to this.

Got any ideas? Very much appreciate the help!

I'm thinking along your lines too.  I see it done via shape-editing a Curtain Wall. Slats=Mullions. Space in-between = Empty System Panels.

They should be curtain system mullions, not panels.

You're not by any chance trying to figure out how to do curved glazing on a curtain wall; are you?  If so, don't do the curved glazing as curtain wall panels. Do the glazing with a Basic Wall Type that is the thickness and material of the glass panels and then place the mullions via a Curtain Wall Type that uses no panels (e.g. Empty System Panels).
