Need help to prepare for Modelling test

Hello Everyone,

I am very new to the REVIT software and I have just gone through some tutorial on Linkedin Learning. I have a Revit modelling test on this weekend as part of the interview stage to join a company. Can you guys help me out with what I need to practice to pass this modelling test? Can you give me some links to find the exercise so that I can practice them? 

I am good at AutoCAD, but I am new to REVIT software. Thanks in advance for your help.

How upfront were you with them about your Revit knowledge? If you told them you already know it, and they expect you to come in and show that in 2 days, good luck. If they know you are new and just want to see some basics, check out those links above, but also look on YouTube. Almost all of what I learned has come from figuring it out on my own or from YouTube videos.

"Modeling Test"? There is no way for us to know what you need to know to prepare. You should ask the test administrator or someone with direct knowledge about what to expect/prepare for.

Thanks for the link @emmanoelneri I will look into those courses. 

I am particularly looking for some exercise kind of thing as the company interviewing is electrical consultancy and they want some one to do modeling. As in AutoCAD we can find many exercise online to practice, but I didn't see any for REVIT modeling. Any help would be appreciated.

I have already told them that I have little knowledge on REVIT. They agreed and told me to give the modeling test. I will look into youtube and see if can get anything. Thanks

The company is electrical consultant and they are hunting for a bim modeler. They are looking for someone to fill in the role very quick. The admin didn't reveal what would be asking me to model, but told me to pass this test to get into this role. Any help will be appreciated.
