 i m modeling a shelf that can be flipped down as shown. Wonder if anyone can tell me the name of this hinge ? I m not a carpenter, I do saw this hinge type, a clean look, non- heavy duty type, come in pair.

So, try Google search keywords: "shelf flipped down hinge pair".  

WOW! Look at what I found in one second!  I love the 21st Century!  In the old days, we had to comb through our yellow hardbound Sweets Catalogs.  

Now, try keyword "MLIF".  That's another type of hinge I believe. I could be wrong. I'm not a carpenter.

I m not sure this available on market anymore, thinking it was 332 steel, has snap on

 

bolt, about $3 each. The Google result on expensive products like >$25 ea.
