Multiple Starting Views

Upon opening a particular Revit (2017.2) model I noticed that two views were open. The Starting View is set to Last Viewed so only one view should be open. How do I set the Starting View to open multiple views? (jpg attached)

I don't think it's possible to select multiple Starting Views.
