Multiple House Types with Different Floor Levels

I am modelling a site masterplan and have multiple instances of the same house type but all are at slightly different floor levels. What is the best way to include the house types in the site model in this case? Link/Family......

Any help much appreciated!

You can link the building model into the site model and then place it more than once at differing heights and rotations.

Then on your site plan you could indicate the final floor elevation for the ground floor of each building.

Here's a project with six identical buildings all the same (only differences are suite layouts vary slightly) placed in different locations and heights.

Thanks Mike, I have linked the building type and copied for other instances in the masterplan model but it is not allowing me to adjust the heights (to reflect different floor levels) in each case. Grateful for any advice on how to do this.

First, when you select the link, check the properties palette and make sure the "Shared Site" parameter is set to <Not Shared>.

Next go to a section or elevation, select the link and move it up or down.

Elevations of links can only be moved up or down in section or elevation views, there is not offset from level or base parameter.
