is it possible to duplicate dependent views from basement to first floor, 2nd floor, etc. ?

Right Click Floor Plan: EXISTING BASEMENT. There should be an option called 'Apply Dependent Views'. Using it will open up a list of all other views, and you can choose which ones will copy the dependent view structure.
