Get rid of the trim, change Width and Height parameters to instance.  Nest it in a new window family and make it three.  Nest their Width parameter = 1/3  of the parent's Width, their Height = parent's Height.  Create the trim over the opening and constrain it properly.  If you need to schedule individual pane, then make the child family Shared.

If you make them shared,

A window schedule will result in 4 units; the host window family will show up along with the three shared/nested units.

I'll suggest you start with a single window family and just nest in two more.

A tip - before you nest the three 'child' windows into the 'parent' window, make sure to delete the opening from the parent! Start with the Window with Trim template. Nest the 'child' windows. Constrain to reference planes. You should be good!

For the schedule - filter out the parent family by a parameter - I filtered it out by width and all I see in the schedule are the 'child' families.

You can filter the child windows out of the schedule easily.  Regardless, no need to shared if there is no desire to schedule the child windows, which is mostly the case.

Smart thinking! I just wanted to point out that - without some thought into dealing with it - the three-into-one solution is going to result in four.
