moving text annotations with model

I've recently had to move entire bldgs. to match an updated civil plan to locate the bldg. moving walls, grids, roof etc are fine, but is there a way to move annotations such as leaders with arrows or just plain text along with it ?

Instead of moving the "bldg walls, grids, roof, etc." and annotations, why don't you move the Civil Plan and Relocate Project Project?

it's not moving the site, it's moving individual buildings within that site plan to new locations, should be figured out early I know, but another fast paced project.....but thanks for the input !

Have you tried Grouping?
