Moving levels in elevation individually

Hello all,

I'm trying to move level bubbles in elevation/section. 

However, when I try to move one specific bubble, all the others move along with it. I like that all of them move together as it makes it easier, however in this case I only need particular levels to move individually (for graphic purposes) without affecting the other levels.

How can I detach this level from the other?

Reveal constraints (button on the bottom status bar, looks like a dimension with a padlock) and unlock the padlocks on the dimensions between the levels.
