Mouse pointer/cursor disappears while drag plan to sheet

I suffer issue of disappearing mouse pointer/cursor while dragging plan to sheet in Revit 2022.1.2

Pointer appears as soon as primary mouse button is up.

I don't see any mouse pointer issues outside the Revit.

I've already tried to workaround the issue with (none had helped):

- Switch to default (None) Pointer scheme;

- Switch ON mouse option "Enable pointer shadow" (I prefer "Windows inverted (extra large)");

- Switch OFF mouse option "Enhance pointer precision";

- Switch ON mouse option "Display pointer trials";

- Switch OFF mouse option "Hide pointer while typing";

- Disconnect mouse (drag with keyboard's trackpoint);

- Switch OFF Revit's "Hardware acceleration" option (in both: "User Inreface" and "Hardware" sections);

- Dock Project Explorer to the right side (I saw somwhere the description of case where pointer was disappearing on left-to-right moves only);

- Disconnect secondary monitor;

Now I wonder ... what else (apart from reinstalling OS or using other PC) could be done to fix the issue described ?

OS: Windows 10 Pro (x64), Version 21H2, Build 19044.1526.
Hardware:

   Nettop* Gigabyte BRIX GB-BACE-3160 (RAM:8Gb; SSD:480Gb);
   Monitors:

      Primary monitor: Philips 275B (2K, HDMI);
      Secondary monitor: Samsung T22C350 (FHD, VGA).

   HIDs:

      Mouse A4Tech WOP35 (wired, USB, double-wheeled);

      Keyboard Lenovo SK-8855 (wired, USB, with integrated trackpoint).

*PS:

I'm aware that my 1,6GHz Celeron doesn't suit Revit's system requirements yet I believe this is not the root of the issue as I don't see any critical performance issues (I'd rather count it suitable for software studying). I plan to upgrade If decide to start using Revit as professional.

Considering I am running the same Revit Build on Windows 10 Pro and I am not experiencing any disappearing cursors/pointers, I would suggest that you update the mouse and touchpad driver/firmware

If you do not want to jump immediately into updating drivers, you can try a different mouse (even if a basic gaming one) to verify if the issue is related to mouse/driver

ALso check Microsoft for any updates or if it is an issue actually caused by an update and in which case you might need to rollback updates

Thank you for your recommendation.
I gave it a try as follows:
Disconnect WOP-35 and uninstalled its Vista drivers,

Reboot,

Connect Logitech M100 mouse

Installed the latest driver for it (SetPoint 6.67 pretend to be compatible with Win 10)

Reboot second time (driver installer asked it).

Yet the issue is still reproducible. Do you have any further ideas?

Couple more facts about my config:

There is no official Win10-drivers for the A4Tech WOP-35 mouse (works on latest compatible drivers "for Vista x64").

I've latest driver for my integrated Intel HD graphics 400 installed - version 15.40.48.5171.
