Modifying Wall Help

Is there way to modify the plan view of a wall. I have single wall and multiple materials that butt together. What I'm wanting it the finishing material to wrap itself but die into the Structural/Core Layer, currently I can only get the finishing material wrap around the end of the core layer. Attached is a snippet of how I would like to get my finishing materials to look. Is this possible? Thank You in advance.

That is what wrap option at ends or at inserts has to offer.. It wraps around

To do what you have in that image you will need two or more "walls" stacked back 2 back and joined then you can have 1 for the core and the 2nd for finish, insulation ...etc whatever you have there.

  1. join them so inserts cut through both
  2. wrap exterior for the wall with the finishes
  3. you will need new door frams and window frame ... the default ones won't wrap around both walls when using a necked frame

There are whole lot of other ways and methods to get a similar end result ex: apply the parts pointed to in Green and Blue as face based panels or even wall sweeps...etc

Thank you so much. Too bad there is no direct way, but any solution is better than none. I found a way also to achieve the look. Using the the "Core" of the structure as Airspace and haveing the frame in the interior side. The downside here is that the interior wall joins look terrible.
