Modelling a Railing

I am supposed to model after a railing (already constructed) that has 13 balusters and 1 Start Post and 1 End Post or rather, 15 balusters in total. 

Given info: 

Railing length = 1600mm 

Baluster width = 10mm 

Spacing between each baluster Centre-to-Centre C/C = 100mm   

The distance of the Start Post and End Post to the end of the railings is not known, hence I put in some estimation based on the real-life photo of the railing at about 25mm and -25mm as shown in the screenshot below. 

This is what I've done in Revit so far: 

I got 14 balusters (highlighted in blue in the preview) by using the above method and I am only supposed to have 13. Hence, I will really appreciate it if anybody can point me in the right direction as I am totally new to this. Thanks!

Either make the railing shorter or make the spacing larger I suppose?

Huh? If the rail length is 1600mm and the baluster spacing is 100mm, then there are 15 balusters.  This 1600mm rail is supported by Posts. Posts are supported by something else (e.g. the ground).  Posts aren't supported by the very thing they are supporting.

1600 - 25 -5 - 25 - 5 = 1540
1540 / 15 = 102.67
That is your center to center space between the balusters.

I would make your calculations/adjustments based on what the maximum allowed baluster spacing is per code.

In the image you posted the "Justify" property of the Main Pattern is set to "Spread Pattern to Fit", this will adjust the spacing such that it fits into the length of the railing.  Try changing the value to "Center" or "Beginning" or "End".  If you are looking for a centered option and the baluster is centered and you want the space to be centered then change the Dist. from previous value to half of what you want and add the other half of the value to the the same column on the last line.
