I have a problem with modeling a wall with unparalleled section. 

How should I model this wall?

you can use model in place - extrusion

How's it constructed in the field.  Is it framed or formed?

Thanks for your answer. I have another question. can I model layers of the wall with model in place or I must define another gypsum wall next to the previous wall?

I prefer to model each layer as a separate wall 

in your case you should do the same
