Model Text not hollow

Hi,

I apologize if this is in the wrong area of the forum. I am a student and am still a beginner with Revit. I am working on putting in a logo for my building. I am using model text, but my font is not hollow for the last letter. Is there something that is stopping this? It is not like this on any other app that I have used.

What's the Font? TTF?

Yes it is. I ended up putting it in sketchup, to autocad, and then into revit. It finally worked. Thank you though!
