Model sweep to create downspout jog

hello,

i am trying to jog a downspout around a corner with a sweep.

Everything looks good on the first plane, but once the profile moves to the second plane, it starts to twist the geometry of the sweep:

any way to make these play nice?

It's just smoke and mirrors. It's a Beam via 3D Snapping and Pick Lines and then using the Beam/Column Join Tool to miter the corner return.

Model it as two sweeps within one in place model, one sweep on each wall plane, then join them.
