Model lines are shown behind geometry lines when printing using vector processing

I have a family that is using model lines to meet our company's graphic standards.  The model lines are in front of the geometry of the family in 3D space, and they appear correctly in Revit's project environment.

When printing from the project environment using vector processing, the model lines are visible, but they appear behind the lines created by the family geometry.

When printing from the project environment using raster processing, the model lines appear in front and cover the lines created by the family geometry just like expected.

Also, if you open the family and print from within the family environment, the model lines print correctly.

I haven't tried using detail lines, but we would prefer to use model lines so that this family appears correctly even in 3D space or at an angle in 2D space.

Attached is a sample file that shows the behavior that I am explaining.  Is this a bug?  I can't find posts elsewhere on the forum that has the same issue, so I am hoping that I am overlooking something.

Thanks.

This appears to be similar issue to this: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Draw-ord...

I have been in touch with Autodesk and they are investigating the issue.
