Missing walls and floors in render

hi can anyone please help me

i have encountered a problem i have never had before. ive tried doing a simple render and it will not display any walls or floors everything in the image is floating. things like tables and chairs etc.

can anyone tell me how to fix this? below are the screenshotted images

Hi @Anonymous 

Sometimes 3D Views can become corrupt, try deleting the view and recreate it.  You might want to consider creating a template from the 3D view first.

Someone recently had the same issue. Try updating your Revit and Graphic card. If possible share the sample file and see if we can replicate the issue.

is the missing content Live in the model or is it from a Link?

There's a 2020.2.3 update available.  Maybe the issue was addressed and fixed.  Dunno. But, it has been reported in the past.
