MISSING RIBBON

when I clicked on the dimension in the family editor there was a ribbon which I could add taht dimension as a parrameter. I do NOT see this ribbon anyymore as shown in the image below. Similar issue exists when I want to edit or creat a roof which means I can NOT add or edit a slope BY USING THE RIBBON. Furthermore I do need the ribbon for other tasks so its a significant feature. as per the images below.

Hello Puya. you may try this.

The problem is that  Windows Updates are installing the .NET 4.5 automatically, so you have to check out the programs and features in Control Panels to see this issue. Delete 4.5 and reinstall the 4.0

Restart your computer after changes.

I lost the "green ribbon" on a Thursday and searched for topics related to it till Friday (this post was the closest I saw showing the problem). Reboot didn't do it, nor did Minimize button, nor User Interface checkmarks, et all.  After minimizing & maximizing the Revit window a few times to make sure it wasn't docked off-screen, the mysterious green ribbon appeared at the bottom of my Revit window.  I RMC'd it and it allowed me to [dock at top].  Not a scientific explanation so it's still a mystery.  (It wasn't visible before that, like [puya.hadisadeh]'s screenshot.
Good luck.
