Missing "Reference Sheet" for views 90% through with job.

The reference sheet informatoion has been lost on 90% of our sections.

I know how to fix the issue. I need to know why Revit has this issue, and how to prevent it.

We cannot aford to have to go through all of our sheets and remove the originating view and put them back on the sheet. This is totally unacceptable.

Revit, let me know how to prevent the problem. Fix this issue.

What version of Revit?

I first noticed this issue in 2019. I've seen it in 2021. We're working in 2023 and it's really bad in this job.

Usually it just happens on a rare occasion.

This time it's across multiple drawings.
