Missing Library name "Areabook Library"

I was trying to use the Areabook Extension in Revit LT 2017.2, and I get an error dialogue box that says " Missing Library name "Areabook Library, Please add library name from Options/File Locations/Places." So I go to Options/File Locations/Places, and there is nothing called Areabook Libarary.  Can you help me figure out how to find this file?

2020 same Problem

But the .msi is broken!

It's preparing for installation and thats it....its installed, but without any real installation and without the libraries...

3 PC's, same result.

Please fix the addin!
