Missing IFC export settings

I'm using Revit 2016.
All the updates are installed.

When I try to export to IFC there is no settings window, instead a file browser opens to enter saved file location and name.
As far as I know there was supposed to be an IFC settigns window when choosing export -> IFC.

To illustrate what is happening, here is a quick screen video (also attached as attachment)

how can I get my IFC export settigns back? Any ideas?

Do you have the open source IFC exporter installed?  It has a lot of additional functionality over the OOTB version.

Thank you. That was the solution.
I forgot, that you had to install additional stuff, to get those options.
