Missing Grid Lines

Hi all,

Before asking for your help on this one, I must stress that I have searched for and read related posts on this forum, but to no avail.

It's a simple one I hope. If you would take a look at the screenshot below, you will see that East West numbered grid lines are not visible in the First Floor elevation. It has ground me to a halt and I'd appreciate your help.

The 3d extent of those grids do not reach that level. Go to a view where you see them, select them, right click and maximize 3d extent.
